Stowe, Vermont — If you’re looking for some rare-to-find quality deals on ski and snowboard gear, you should skedaddle over to Stowe this weekend.
After over a thousand people attended last year’s event, SkiEssentials will be hosting its second annual Warehouse Sale. Located in Stowe, Vermont, the SkiEssentials warehouse is filled to the brim with a wide variety of ski and snowboard gear.

The discounts are impressive. Skis, boots, and bindings will be up to 80%, featuring brands like Elan and Nordica. Snowboard gear will also be up to 80% off. Apparel (i.e., clothing, jackets, snow pants) will be over 50% off with brands like Helly Hansen and The North Face. Accessories will be over 50% off, which include Darn Tough, Giro, Hestra, Marker, Smartwool, Smith, and Swany, among others. XC skiers are also invited, with gear up to 80% off.
The reason why it’s such a great deal because by shopping in person, SkiEssentials can eliminate order processing and shipping costs, leading to drastically discounted prices.
The main difference from last year is that they’ll be offering boot fitting at the sale. Boot-fitting staff from their retail locations (Basin Sports and Inner Bootworks) will be on-site to help customers.
For people coming from far away, they’ve partnered with the Stowe Area Association to offer lodging deals at nearby hotels. Some of the partner hotels include Outbound Stowe and the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa. They’ll also have some local food trucks on-site, including an ice cream truck.
The event will be held this Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. For more information, check out the event description from SkiEssentials here.
